Blue Hare Photography uses your contact details to contact you regarding any prospective or ongoing project / booking / arrangement.

Your personal data will only be held if you are a client using Blue Hare services; for example a wedding, engagement, or family client.

Your data will not be shared under any circumstances. If you purchase any products from Blue Hare Photography, for example, prints / albums etc, a GDPR compliant third party supplier will be used to fulfil your order. The suppler will then only keep this information for as long as necessary.

Blue Hare Photography will keep work in progress and edited images on an external harddrive. These will be kept for twelve months following delivery of your images. During that time, images will also be kept on Backblaze cloud system which is password protected. After twelve months, your images will be deleted from hard drives and your online client gallery and is no longer accessible to you. 

Information you have supplied through our online website booking forms or email correspondence is kept for six months post-shoot / event, and can be supplied to you on request. Following this time, it will be permanently deleted.

Pixieset.com hosts the Blue Hare website and secure image galleries. Pixieset are GDPR compliant and the Blue Hare website is fully encrypted.
